The Love Languages of God (DVD)

Gary Chapman

During this 8-session study (approximately 20 viewing minutes for each session) Dr. Chapman and Joe Case, pastor/broadcaster, meet either in a café, woodworking shop or the weather station to discuss the use of the five love languages in becoming closer to God.  By using these languages people can experience His limitless love and thus more effectively love others.

The Love Connection
The key to learning and choosing love is tapping into divine love
God Speaks Words of Affirmation
Praise is not a matter of form. It is a matter of the heart.
God Spends Quality Time
As soon as you turn your attention on God, God turns His focus on you.
God Gives Good Gifts
God's gifts are never given because we deserve them; they are given as expressions of His love for us.
God Acts on Our Behalf
Acts of service = doing things for people -- especially things you know they would like for you to do. We are God's servant by being a "doer".
God Ministers Through Physical Touch
There's a craving to be touched. Simply reaching out and touching others is an expression of God's love.
New Dialects of Love
The human heart has many languages of love with which to worship God.
When Love Prevails
We are most likely to rebel against the discipline of God when our spiritual love tank is empty.
