Girls in Action

GA is a missions organization for grade-school girls which captures hearts “on the grow” and involves them in Christ’s vision of reaching out to the world. This organization allows girls to learn about their Lord and memorize a great deal of scripture. So many of today’s missionaries can trace their call to GAs as well as the beginning of their leadership skills.

To encourage continued growth, girls are encouraged to do WorldVentures, an individualized achievement plan. There are six levels corresponding to the six grade levels. Each level centers on a continent with both required and optional activities for the girls to complete. The activities include:

• Missions learning activities
• Ministry projects
• Prayer
• Giving activities
• Bible verse memory work
• Organizational work

WorldVentures is normally done during the fourth session of the month. Girls choosing not to do WorldVentures have a learning activity to complete during the fourth session.
