Bowies send prayer requests from Chile

While Nebraska and Kansas are blanketed with snow, Southern Baptist missionaries Ken and Linda Bowie are enjoying summer in Chile.

“God has answered many prayers for our family through the years and now has answered one in a special way.” Lori, their youngest daughter, and her husband, Chad, are expecting triplets in May 2010.

“Pray that God will protect the health of Lori and all three babies until they can be born with good health.”

They also seek prayer for:

• A new pastor for First Baptist Church in Ovalle, Chile
• The new ministry they are starting in El Palqui
• Relief from back pain for Ken
• God to help them to “mobilize more believers in the Great Commission task.
