Impact ‘08 to feature Richard Ross

Richard Ross, a renowned youth ministry leader, will be the featured speaker for Impact ‘08.

Impact is aimed at parents and youth leaders. It will be held Nov. 7-8 at Webster Conference Center, Salina, Kan.

Ross is professor of student ministry at Southwestern Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas. He served as a youth minister for 30 years and now is a volunteer with teenagers and parents at Wedgwood Baptist Church in Fort Worth.

Since its inception, Richard has served as the spokesperson for the international True Love Waits movement.

He is the author/compiler of more than 20 books, including “Parenting with Kingdom Purpose” and “30 Days: Turning the Hearts of Parents and Teenagers Toward Each Other.”

Cody Dunbar of Norman, Okla., will be the worship leader. He brings a background in classical training to his ministry.

Registration for Impact ‘08 opens on Oct. 6 and ends Oct. 27. Late registration for an additional fee ends Nov. 2.
