Kansas City Alliance Raceway Ministry Needs More Volunteers

The Kansas City Alliance Raceway Ministry (KCARM) and its volunteers have been serving the Kansas Speedway in Kansas City, Kan., since its first race in 2001.

For race fans, volunteering at Kansas Speedway is a fantastic ministry. But even for those who are not race fans and know nothing about NASCAR, it is a great way to serve and minister to more than 80,000 fans on race weekends. That’s where we need your help.

Kansas Speedway has asked us to increase our presence at the track. They want us to provide ministry at two separate campgrounds, which means two tents providing activities as well as doubling the number of volunteers who serve each race weekend.

For the coming race season and beyond we will need more ADA cart drivers, tram drivers, spotters and greeters. More people will be needed to work additional information booths and we will need more volunteers to help with ministry activities at the tents.

We need individuals and churches in the Kansas City area to serve one day or more at the races which take place in June and October each year. If you would like to know more about how you or your church can volunteer, or if you would like to schedule someone from KCARM to share with your church about this ministry and how you can be involved, please contact one of the following members of the KCARM leadership team:
