New consultants ready to help with estate plans
Bob and Marie Clark recently became estate-planning consultants for the Kansas-Nebraska Southern Baptist Foundation.
They are available to meet with individuals and couples to help set up estate plans. The Clarks also will lead estate-planning seminars in churches.
The Clarks are long-time leaders in religious education. Bob served nearly 30 years as minister of education at Nall Avenue Baptist Church, Prairie Village, Kan. Marie retired on Dec. 31, 2008, after more than 26 years with Kansas City, Kan., Baptist Association. She continues to serve as team leader for Bible teaching at KNCSB, where she has served part time for 13 years.
Estate plans are vital for people of all ages. For example, couples with minor children need to have a will in order to name guardians. If they die without a will, the state will name guardians for the children.
