Registration for the 2026 Church Forward Annual Meeting is easier than ever!
Visit our new website for messenger and volunteer registration, along with the ability to log back into your account to update and submit information.
As a reminder: Only church pastors or approved church leaders are allowed to register messengers for our Annual Meeting. You will need the names and emails of each attending messenger and the date that your elected messengers were approved.
Registration Instructions:
Create an account (Church or Visitor)- Please provide your name, email address and a password to create your account. The system will email you a verification link prior to logging in to the system.
Churches- Once logged in, search for your Church Name or Church City/State to narrow the list of churches available. Churches are automatically labeled as “Partner” (12 Messengers) or “Associate” (2 Messengers). Select your church on the page and complete the RSVP Dinner question as well the messenger contact info.
Continue to the second page, which asks for verification of messenger election and verification that the church pastor and a Moderator/Clerk have both approved the list. Hit Submit when finished.
Visitors- RSVP for the Monday night dinner and provide your name, email and organization information to attend the meeting, without the ability to vote.
Our system will email a confirmation receipt to each registered messenger or visitor with details of the event. If you need to change any messenger/visitor information once it’s submitted, please email Miranda Collins (mcollins@kncsb.org) to update your church account.

RSVP is required. You can reserve your spot through the messenger/visitor registration portal.
Your church may still add or send messengers to be verified at check-in on October 12.
In the event names of elected messengers have not been received from your church prior to the beginning of the 2026 Church Forward Annual Meeting, the Credentials Committee may receive a copy of the below form signed by the senior pastor and moderator/church clerk as an acceptable statement for seating messengers.

The Webster Conference Center Board of Directors offers free lodging and meals to all Church Forward KNCSB Bi-Vocational Pastors and their immediate families during the upcoming Church Forward Annual Meeting at Webster Conference Center in Salina, Kansas.
Registration will take place at the link below. There you may reserve a room and your meals.
At checkout, you will need to enter the code: BIVO2026 (This code is available only to Bi-Vocational Pastors.).
Rooms are available Sunday and Monday nights. The WCC Board of Directors asks you to bring your own pillow, bed linens and towels if you are staying in the dormitory. If this is not an option for you, there is a very limited number of bedding packages available (pillows, sheets and towels) which can be ordered at the registration site.
This package includes breakfast and lunch for Monday and Tuesday. You will need to make a reservation for each individual meal. For Monday’s dinner, please RSVP for the Retirement Dinner for David Manner through messenger/visitor registration.
