The data submitted on this survey is based on the Jan 1 - Dec 31, 2026 church year.
Ensure you have collected all of your data; forms cannot be saved once started
The digital form will only accept one submission per church.
Churches are still able to submit their ACP data using the SBC Workspace forms if your reporting person prefers this method to our new one.
The ACP is a church survey used to track ministry data. As your church completes the survey each year, you have access to data from prior year submissions at SBC Workspace or by emailing Madisen Gillespie (mgillespie@kncsb.org) for previous years’ data.

Churches using a different fiscal year should still report a full year of data. When the ACP survey is released in November, you will provide information from your most recent completed year – for example, October through September.

The digital ACP is the preferred method for completing the ACP, available at kncsb.org/acp We highly encourage using the digital method because it makes the process simpler and faster for you and us. Please call (785) 228-6800 or email mgillespie@kncsb.org if you have any questions.
