Haley Lester and her husband have served alongside KNCSB churches for 18 years, both in rural and suburban settings. Most recently they planted Renewed Hope Church in Omaha, Nebraska. She grew up in a small town in southwest Kansas and earned a nursing degree from Oklahoma Baptist University. She and Shane have four energetic boys who keep their life busy and full of adventure. Her days are filled with helping small churches and church plants with their finances, homeschooling, and shuffling her boys to activities. Haley has a heart for helping women see themselves as God sees them, encouraging them to step into who God made them to be, and challenging them to make the greatest impact where God has placed them.
The worship team is led by Becky Lynn, a mother of four and a math professor at Friends University, who brings thoughtful leadership and a genuine heart for worship. She is joined by her daughters, Sarah Lynn, a high school senior, and Hannah Lynn, a high school sophomore, who contribute youthful energy and passion to the team. Pianist Hannah Jenkins collaborates closely in planning and leading worship and also works alongside her dad at The Insurance Shoppe in El Dorado. Together, the team serves through the worship ministry of FBC Towanda with creativity, humility, and a shared desire to lead the congregation in meaningful worship.
